BROWSE_DETAIL_TAB_ABSTRACT

From the beginning of the human history, people has always had to move (migrate) due to various reasons such as economic, political, ethnic issues. Some of these reasons include escaping from war, living in better conditions, working and earning more money, etc. Actually the most significant reason - as compared to other - of this community migration is the economical problems. People have been obliged to migrate due to lack of employment areas in their countries or location and therefore inability to find a job. This situation also applies to those who migrated from Turkey; they have migrated primarily to developed countries such as Germany and France for the hope to find a job, live in better terms, be treated more humanly. However the situation experienced in internal migration within Turkey is a bit different. The reasons of populous migration particularly from South-eastern Anatolia an Eastern Anatolia regions to metropolises, to the west and Mediterranean cities are not only limited to economical reasons. Along with the economical problems, there are other reasons such as the inability of the state to provide sufficient security, increase in terror actions extensively, destruction of the sources of income of village inhabitants and their homes and increase in the number of people who uses the gaps in the village guarding system to their advantages and creation of chaotic environment.Unacceptance of those who migrated to other cities to the city centers due to lack of sufficient housing area has increased the squatting rate rapidly in those cities. They have created a new structuring in outskirts of the cities they migrated by being articulated to those cities. Among these structuring, especially those regions created by \"Kurdish Roots\" have a different lifestyles through their languages, dressing styles and behavioral habits and therefore they cannot fit in the environment of the habitat they migrated to.They are facing quite serious problems such as exposing to mass discrimination, inability to express themselves due to their language, having overpopulated families, being unable to find jobs, lack of financial opportunities. They tend to be in different pursuits in order to survive. The government – and the local administrations in provincial respect - has a lot to do in order these groups to live in adequate standards within the local community. Those required to be done, the policies necessary to pursuit for their integrations and accommodation must be determined in very details and started to be applied gradually. The local administrations need to sketch a program on education, healthcare, cultural solidarity, social aids, vocational courses, accommodation for the adaptation of these groups and develop the service providing processes (via NGOs, universities, associations, volunteers). Beyond everything, the ethnical identities as an important factor of basic rights and liberties need to be considered in revaluations and betterment of the service offerings of the local administrations. The objective of this study is to reveal the negative and positive attitudes, conditions and problems faced by “Kurdish Rooted” groups in the habitats they migrated, to investigate whether sufficient studies are conducted for the \"feedbacks\",to examine whether the solutions are produced to these problems in Ankara at local administration level, to investigate the existence of the policies they are developing and to provide the offering if they are or to present solution policies as suggestions, if they are not, in Republic of Turkey where people from thousand of ethnicities work and live.---- İnsanlık tarihinin başlangıcından itibaren; insanlar, ekonomik, siyasal, etnik sorunlar gibi çeitli nedenlerden dolayı kalıcı olarak yer değiştirmek ( göç etmek ) durumunda kalmışlardır.
