Cultural integrity can be, generally, described as the commonness of the spiritual values such as the beliefs, the virtues, customs, traditions and the cultural heritages that the society has. On the other hand, cultural integration shouldn’t be thought and believed to be a thoroughly harmonious aspect between all those above-mentioned points that the society has. Lack of harmony between the moral and physical (materialistic) cultural aspects may happen to be possible in an acceptable and tolerable ration. What is more important, here, is that the structure having the characteristics of the cultural integration be well-preserved. To tell the truth, the essential and the first aim of the society is to develop itself and make establishments in the harmonious way between the aspects of the culture. If not, the fact that the occurred gap is going to cause a good many and a variety of crisis is unavoidable. The level of the cultural integration of those Turkish people living in Belgium is completely an important point that needs to be paid attention and focused on closely not only for themselves but also for Belgium and Turkey since the future of a country has certainly concern closely not only with residential integration of the people that the country depends but also with the relations of the society with other societies, and with their integration in their own environment in the frame of a common culture, and finally with having national identity. The purpose of the research is to determine and fix the level of Turkish people who emigrated from Turkey to Belgium and Belgium people living in that country, and to prove the basic aspects about the harmony and the adaptability of those Turkish people. While carrying out the research, at first, the concept of the cultural integrity was analyzed theoretically, then the position and the importance of the cultural integrity within the social integrity was paid attention and focused on. Later on, the analysis were tried to be done about the Turkish people, in particular, living in the areas named Antwerp and Mol in Belgium. The above-mentioned study, as expressed here, was realized in Antwerp and Mol areas known to be Flanders area of Belgium where the density of Turkish people is in quantity. Taking this situation into consideration, the essence of the research is composed to be out of 161.812 Turkish citizens living in Belgium. The sampling group that will represent the essence was calculated and evaluated with the simple and random sampling technique. The size of the sampling group was fixed to be 340 persons depending on % 95 reliability levels, and ±% 5 tolerable mistakes. The number of the persons given here represents approximately ±% 0.2 of the essence. The findings of the research are restricted with the sampling group and the time period in which the research was carried out. An important point to be mentioned and not to be forgotten is that the acquired findings completely depend on the hypothesis which the answers/responds given by the persons are supposed to be correct. A 75-question questionnaire was prepared and used for the research aiming the Turkish people living in Antwerp and Mol areas. Out of the multiple-choice ones in the questionnaire, two questions more were asked to the participants so that they could easily give their answers and reflect their opinions about Turkey and Belgium as follows; “If given opportunity/chance, what aspects would you want to change mostly in Belgium/Turkey?” The technique of interviewing was mostly made use of while acquiring the findings. The interviews, generally, were carried out and performed in the offices of the participants, in Turkish associations, foundations, and cultural centers, in addition to their homes. Despite the fact that the research was performed within a restricted period of 4 months, the interviews that was made up to the symposium in Antwerp have been added to the questionnaire study and the scientific results. The acquired findings were computerized and analyzed by means of SPSS program used for the social sciences. While performing the questionnaire and interviewing with the participants in Antwerp and Mol areas, the participants were given information about the target and the purpose of the study and were required not to give and not to write their identity information since those information were out of the interest and out of use. To make a summary here, the basic hypothesis of this research is that Turkish people who emigrated from Turkey to Belgium, almost all of whom have double-subject and double-citizenship are having important problems with the Belgium people due to the socio-cultural characteristics and cultural diversity effecting the level of the cultural integration negatively, but it isn’t extending towards the social resolution and lack of harmony all.
