Özet

The aim of this study was to assess the human resources management performanceevaluation in different sector to shedding light on the different aspects of the humanresources management reality and to determine the extent of employee have awarenessof the impact of human resources management on the efficiency of institutions indifferent sectors. In this research, the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM)performance on institution has been studies in two sector, as Oil Industry institutionssector (Mellitah refinery of Oil & Gas), and as logistic and transport sector (Benghaziport). The study used the questionnaire tool to answer the study questions and testhypotheses and the Caronbach's Alpha test was used to measure he stability coefficients.ivThe research current data that analyzed by Independent T-Test using SPSS software wassupported the hypothesis. Moreover, the results of the study showed the humanresources management policies and plans at different levels. Where, the employeesshowing that the HRM performance has high direct effect on company, and the impact isdifferent between Oil Industry institutions sector (Mellitah refinery of Oil & Gas) and aslogistic and transport sector (Benghazi marine port).
